Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

If fabrics have any flaws in them, we will arrange collection and replacement. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  

 

Please ensure fabric is inspected before it is cut or used for fabrication.  Claims must be received within 10 business days from the delivery acceptance date. Once cut or installed on a blind, marks and damage may not be covered.

If you need to initiate a claim, please email info@4window.com and your request will be actioned within 24hrs.

Packing & Handling

When you place an order, we will advise shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on fabrics chosen shipping may vary from 48 hrs to 5 days depending on stock.  

 

4window holds one of the country’s largest ranges of fabrics in house but at times some items have to be ordered in which may cause delay.  

 

If you require fabric urgently, please call and confirm stock before placing order.
